Platform-ready visual assets for organic content, campaigns, announcements, and recurring branded communication.
Service overview
Social-media design focuses on clear, consistent visual communication for specified platforms and content needs. It does not include account management, media buying, audience growth, or guaranteed engagement unless a separate service is added later.
Project outputs
The list below shows common possibilities, not a universal package. Only the items written into the approved quotation and project scope are included.
Workflow
The sequence may be adjusted for the project, but material changes to scope, timing, deliverables, and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.
Confirm platforms, dimensions, content categories, supplied copy, brand assets, campaign dates, and required quantities.
Establish the campaign or recurring-content style within the approved brand direction.
Design the first agreed group of graphics for review before producing any larger approved set.
Apply included revisions and complete the remaining items according to the confirmed scope.
Deliver approved exports organized by platform, campaign, or content type as agreed.
Project terms
These explanations provide a transparent general framework. The signed or otherwise approved written project terms control the specific engagement.
A small social-media asset set may require several business days, while a multi-format campaign or reusable template system may require one to several weeks. Timing begins after required copy, assets, scope, and payment conditions are complete.
Included revisions cover design adjustments within the approved content and direction. New copy, new sizes, additional posts, or a new campaign direction may be treated as added scope.
Editable templates or source files are delivered only when expressly included and may require software compatible with the selected format. Final flattened exports do not automatically include working files.
The client must have permission to use all submitted copy, logos, product images, photographs, and other materials. Rights to approved original design elements are handled under the written project terms after full payment.
Stock photographs, fonts, icons, and templates may require separate licenses and may not be transferable. The quotation identifies known third-party requirements where applicable.
Provide the business context, required deliverables, preferred timing, and any authorized reference materials. A written quotation is prepared before work begins.
