Structured presentation visuals that improve clarity, hierarchy, and consistency while preserving the client’s approved content.
Service overview
Presentation design improves visual hierarchy and consistency while working from client-approved facts, copy, and data. It does not include verification of financial, legal, scientific, or business claims unless a separate qualified service is engaged.
Project outputs
The list below shows common possibilities, not a universal package. Only the items written into the approved quotation and project scope are included.
Workflow
The sequence may be adjusted for the project, but material changes to scope, timing, deliverables, and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.
Confirm slide count, approved copy, data, charts, brand assets, audience, presentation format, and editing requirements.
Design a representative group of slides to establish hierarchy, typography, imagery, and information density.
Apply the approved direction across the in-scope slides while preserving supplied facts and intended sequence.
Apply included feedback and client-approved content corrections according to the revision policy.
Provide the approved editable or presentation-ready files and listed exports after final checks.
Project terms
These explanations provide a transparent general framework. The signed or otherwise approved written project terms control the specific engagement.
A short prepared deck may require approximately one to two weeks, while a larger presentation, template system, or content-heavy deck may require several weeks. The schedule depends on slide count, content readiness, complexity, and feedback timing.
Design revisions are limited to the approved slide count and rounds stated in the quotation. New slides, rewritten content, replaced data, or a new visual direction may require a revised scope.
Editable presentation files are supplied when listed as deliverables. Compatibility can vary by software version, operating system, installed fonts, and third-party components, which will be documented where relevant.
The client must have authority to use all supplied text, data, charts, images, logos, and confidential information. Approved original visual work is handled under the written project terms after full payment.
Fonts, photographs, icons, charts, templates, and plugins may have separate licenses or software requirements. Transferability and editing limitations are identified where applicable.
Provide the business context, required deliverables, preferred timing, and any authorized reference materials. A written quotation is prepared before work begins.
