A coordinated visual identity system that helps a business apply its brand consistently across customer touchpoints.
Service overview
Brand identity design develops a coordinated visual system rather than a single isolated asset. The exact system depends on the business, its audience, its communication channels, and the deliverables approved in writing.
Project outputs
The list below shows common possibilities, not a universal package. Only the items written into the approved quotation and project scope are included.
Workflow
The sequence may be adjusted for the project, but material changes to scope, timing, deliverables, and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.
Review the business model, audience, positioning, current materials, practical applications, and decision-making process.
Develop and present an agreed number of visual-direction options or a focused direction according to the scope.
Build the approved system across logo, typography, color, and supporting elements that are included in the project.
Review the system against selected real-use scenarios without implying that every future application is included.
Document approved rules and deliver the final files after approval and required payment.
Project terms
These explanations provide a transparent general framework. The signed or otherwise approved written project terms control the specific engagement.
A brand identity project may commonly require approximately three to eight weeks, depending on the number of components, feedback timing, and decision process. The written quotation provides the non-guaranteed project schedule.
Included revision rounds apply to the stages identified in the scope. Reopening an approved stage, adding applications, or changing the business brief may require additional fees and schedule changes.
Source files are supplied only for the approved items expressly included in the project. Internal working documents, unused directions, and unselected concepts remain excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rights in approved original deliverables are assigned or licensed only as stated in the written terms and after full payment. Business-name, trademark, and legal-clearance decisions remain the client’s responsibility.
Fonts, stock imagery, mockups, templates, or licensed components may have separate usage terms. Any required client purchase or continuing license is identified before final approval where reasonably possible.
Provide the business context, required deliverables, preferred timing, and any authorized reference materials. A written quotation is prepared before work begins.
